With over 25 years of experience, I’m a UX Leader that puts humans at the center of product strategy, service & platform innovation, design leadership and people management.

Based on a foundation of understanding the aspirations and behavior of real people in their everyday lives, I lead multidisciplinary teams to design meaningful products, services and platforms for home, work, or on the go.

  • I believe great design is only possible when designers are empowered, trusted, and coached to operate autonomously as strategic partners. My role is to multiply skill sets, remove organizational friction, foster psychological safety, and grow the next generation of empathetic, confident design leaders.

  • I believe a highly effective UX organization scales through ruthless prioritization, efficient operations and clear objectives. A successful process drives toward business goals, brings cross-functional clarity and co-creativity. Especially now with emerging AI-led technologies, I view process as a system for collaboration, creativity, and solving gnarly problems, quickly. Intentionally designing it to be efficient, transparent, and human centered – but never bureaucratic.
